Rental conditions 

The rental price is calculated per selected period.

• Deposit of 50% to be paid at time of booking

• Balance + caution of 300 € to be paid one month before arrival

• The deposit will be refunded within 10 days after your undamaged stay

• Check-in between 15.00 and 18.00 or as individually agreed

• Check-out between 8.00 and 10.00 (Sunday between 9.00 and 11.00)

If you wish to take out cancellation insurance, please contact your insurance broker.
The following conditions apply to cancellation:

1. up to 2 months before arrival 20% of the rent

2. from 2 months to 1 month before arrival 50% of the rent

3. from 1 month before arrival 100% of the rent

Cancellations by phone are not allowed. Cancellations can only be made by e-mail.

House rules
On the dining table you will find a folder. It contains essential information (operation domotics, TV, password wifi, ...). It is important to read this folder carefully at the beginning of your stay.

Please check the inventory immediately upon arrival. If anything is missing or broken, please let the landlord know on the day of arrival. Otherwise, you are responsible for the loss or damage.

In this folder you will also find the house rules. We would also like to ask you to observe the following housekeeping rules correctly.

• We ask that you treat the apartment with due diligence and return it to us in the same condition as it was when you arrived.

• Pets are not allowed.

• Smoking is prohibited in all apartments.

• Please take out your own rubbish regularly and dispose of it sorted downstairs in the cellar (see information folder). Glass must be disposed of in the waste container. You can find the locations of the waste containers and waste streets on the city map here. 

• It is forbidden to move furniture.

• It is forbidden to organise parties and celebrations in the apartment.

• It is not allowed to place bicycles, go-carts and other cycles in the apartment.

• If you cause damage to furniture or fittings in any way, please report this to the landlord before your departure at the latest.

• The tenant declares to be adequately insured in case of damage caused by himself or one of his guests (family insurance).

• Please respect the sleep of the other occupants from 22:00.

RentSeaView will not accept any liability for the consequences of any accidents etc. during your stay and in particular in and around the apartment and in the sea, whatever the circumstances. Other: We advise you to take out a decent travel and cancellation insurance. By booking and subsequently paying the rental price, you agree to the above conditions.
