Frequently asked questions 

 

How much does it cost to rent an apartment per week?
The rental prices depend heavily on the size and location of the apartment and especially on the period in the year. For each apartment there is an overview of the price for the requested period.  

 

We want to rent an apartment. How do we proceed?

Check under "book an apartment" or "book now" at the desired apartment and check in the calendar if the desired holiday period is still available.

Select in the bar the available period, the number of people and press book. 
Fill in the form and confirm the reservation. 
Your reservation is final after payment of the advance (50%) or the full amount (<30 days) with the payment module. You will receive a confirmation by e-mail. 
Now you are sure that we have booked the apartment for you. If you have only paid the advance you have to pay the balance amount one month before your arrival.

Are the prices all-inclusive or do I have to pay a booking fee later?
No, at RentSeaView you do not pay any reservation costs, administration costs or other additional costs. The prices stated are the prices you pay.

Okay, we have paid the deposit, the principal and the guarantee. Now what?
Thank you for your payment! You will receive a confirmation e-mail and we will agree on an arrival time. You will be received at the agreed time.

 

Can I arrive and depart on weekdays as well?
Yes, you can, especially outside the high season. Except for apartment Hazel, we rent our apartments during the school holidays with a minimum of 7 nights and a fixed check-in day. 

Check-in: from 15.00 to 18.00 agreed upon in advance

Check-out: from 8.00 to 10.00 o'clock, on Sundays till 11.00 o'clock

 

Can I rent for less than a week?
Yes, but not during the school holidays. Always check the availability calendar of the apartment you want to rent.

Can I bring a pet?
No, pets are not allowed.

Do we need to bring towels and bed linen?
No, that is not necessary. This service is included in all apartments. 

 

What about the cleaning?
The final cleaning is done for you and is included in the final bill.

 

What about arrival and departure times?
Arrival is between 15h and 18h. The time will be mentioned in the confirmation e-mail. Upon departure, we kindly ask you to leave the apartment at 10am at the latest (11am on Sundays), unless otherwise agreed.

I want to stay longer or even hibernate, do I get a discount?
If you are renting for a long period, you can request a special price by e-mail or via the form at Contact.

 

Is there a cot or a highchair available?
In every apartment there is -on request- a cot and a high chair available free of charge. Please state this clearly at the time of booking. 

 

How will I receive the deposit back?
If your stay was damage-free, the deposit will be refunded to your account within 10 days of your stay.

If there was any damage, we will discuss it together.
