Ostend, the queen of seaside resorts!
Ostend is a lovely place to visit in the summer, in the off-season and in the winter. This seaside resort has it all: culture, architecture, nature, gastronomy, cosy cafes, trendy shopping, numerous events,...
Before your stay in one of our apartments, we will give you lots of addresses for dining and tips for planning nice trips.

How to make a reservation?
You can always send an e-mail to info@rentseaview.com or you can book directly through the website.
Click on "Book an apartment" or on "More information" at the desired apartment and check in the calendar whether the desired holiday period is still available.
Select the desired arrival date, the number of nights and people at the top of the bar and press "book".
Fill in the form and confirm the reservation.
Your reservation is final after payment of the deposit or the full amount via the payment module.
You will receive a confirmation by e-mail.
Rental period
The minimum rental period is two nights. During the school holidays the apartments are only rented out per week, except for apartment Hazel (flexible). If you wish a different period, you can always make a request by e-mail or via the contact form.
Check-in between 15.00 and 18.00 o'clock. Check-out between 8.00 and 10.00 o'clock (Sunday between 9.00 and 11.00 o'clock).
Payments

If you book more than one month in advance, you pay the advance online during the reservation.

The remaining balance is due one month before your arrival.

If you book less than one month in advance, you pay the full amount when you book.

At least 2 working days before your arrival, you pay the deposit of €300.00 by bank transfer.

The deposit will be returned to you within 10 days after your undamaged stay.

A reservation is only final after payment.
Cancellation conditions
In case of cancellation the following conditions apply:

up to 2 months before arrival 20% of the rent

from 2 months to 1 month before arrival 50% of the rent

from 1 month before arrival 100% of the rent
You can only cancel by e-mail. Cancellation by phone is not allowed.
Facilities
All apartments have a spacious kitchen and bathroom with quite a few devices and appliances.
This can be found in all our apartments:

bedding, bed linen, bath towels

dish cloth and kitchen towels

sufficient cutlery, glasses and plates, pots and pans

mixer, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, oven, microwave

spices
-
washing machine and dishwasher with detergents

Iron and ironing board, hairdryer, shaving and make-up mirror

on request (free of charge): baby cot, high chair, step stool, freshener pillow

It is important to note that the apartments are completely SMOKE-FREE and that PETS are NOT ALLOWED.
Our story
As residents of Ostend, we are very proud of our beautiful, lively and friendly city on the Belgian coast. We like to share the free and relaxed feeling of living by the sea with others. As a close-knit family, we each have our own talents: organising, renovating, decorating, an eye for detail, but also welcoming and caring for people.
Traveling is a shared passion. As a result, we started renovating apartments in 2019 as a family and then renting them out as luxurious holiday apartments. We want to give our guests an unforgettable holiday by the sea, by focusing on a total experience and creating an atmosphere where everyone feels at home immediately. For example, warm and intelligent mood lighting is used in each apartment; a modern, sleek and cosy interior and a beautifully equipped bathroom and kitchen complete the picture. We provide not only silky soft bed linen, but also towels, toilet paper and shampoo.
Upon arrival, everything will be ready for you to start your holiday carefree. The final cleaning will also be done by us, so you don't have to think about anything. In short, we will try to ensure that you have an unforgettable and relaxing time so that you can return home with your batteries recharged and feeling happy.
